(Loosely.) But until now, no one had bothered to name an all-time champion in the field of semi-voluntary syllabic repetition in pop vocals. I’m using the behringer for main output, and had been (on my other machines) using the onboard sound for headphones… on this machine I’m using a second, cheap, usb audio interface for headphone cueing, which made me wonder about the whole inconsistent sample rates between two or more audio outputs…īut, I’ve not heard anyone running Linux complain about this… so I’m a little stumped. There's a proud tradition of stuttering vocals in pop music-Joe even went to #1 with a song about the topic in 2000. I can get sound out, but the headphone jack doesn’t recognize when a set of phones is plugged into it… and 2) the onboard soundcard isn’t 100% alsa compatible.

However, two things strike me as possibly relevant… 1) (and this is what just got my attention after re-reading this thread) I’m using the behringer uca202 usb sound card, which I’ve been using for some time without any issues on Mixxx 1.8 and 1.9 (but, again, on a different machine). I have since I switched to a new machine… also, I’m using a pre-release version of 1.10 so I don’t know if what I’m experiencing is because of transitional code. Has anyone experienced this issue with Linux? So far, all of the stuttering output issues seems to be windows related. It keeps reading an Error that it could not select the Behringer uca202. I do have ASIO4all however when I select it as my audio then select the behringer uca202 as main out the only option it gives me is ASIO for headphone out, as my ASIO4all control panel has onboard selected i figure this is correct, yet it will not let me select the behringer uca202. Other info: Currently in mixxx I am using MME for audio then selecting behringer uca202 for master and onboard soundcard for headphone.

up one and back down again and that seems to get rid of it for a bit… but this past weekend I was doing a set live and this happened about 30 mins into my set… and then again 10 mins after that… Now im thinking latency issue but on any other latency setting the music PURELY stutters so im guessing this is the correct to go with… now im using MME because i cant seem to select my Behringer UCA202 in ASIO4ALL for some reason… Any help on this will be awesome! Thanks! Alright, So during my mixxx sessions about an hour in the audio starts stuttering… What I’ll do is change the sample rate in the pref.
